‘Man of Steel’ star Henry Cavill says Batman/Superman film ‘would make great story’

Below is a new crop of promo images for Man of Steel as star Henry Cavill addresses the Batman/Superman team-up questions. Warner Bros also dropped the final MOS trailer.

“I think it would be really interesting with the age-old Batman/Superman conflict, because they are two different sides of the same coin and their methods are entirely different,” Cavill said.

“I think it would actually make for an interesting story as to why, first of all, they were going head to head, and how. I think that would make a great story.”

Although The Dark Knight Rises director Christopher Nolan is producing Man of Steel, Cavill recently emphasised that the final film is “definitely Zack’s baby”.

The  images are fresh glimpses of Clark Kent’s mother, played by Ayelet Zurer and Shannon as Zod is becoming more and more clear after the actor confessed that the suit/armor was CGI.

Man of Steel will hit theaters June 14th.
