Lincoln releases Super Bowl ads featuring Jimmy Fallon, Twitter, Wil Wheaton and an old Town Car

The first ad is the byproduct of a Jimmy Fallon, Twitter team-up to piece together an incoherent bit centering around the Lincoln: the ad features a man sitting in a leather chair in the middle of a field explaining the crowd-sourced nature of the spot, a 30-something woman driving an MKS, a German hitchhiker, an alpaca farm, turtles, bikers, alien actors and a wedding.

Ad #2 features an old Lincoln Town Car morphing into a new MKZ sedan by way of fire, a la a phoenix rising from the ashes. Lincoln has barely enough MKZs to meet demand, let alone any increased popularity the car may get if Sunday’s ad is a hit.
