Leonardo DiCaprio partners with Nat Geo for climate change propaganda film despite scandal, lies and new facts
It’s likely that Leonardo DiCaprio feels good about himself and the crusade against climate change and his latest effort Before the Flood comes with a bloated title of “Academy Award-winning actor and U.N. Messenger of Peace” before his name.
National Geographic released the film over the weekend and it now airs for free on YouTube, spreading the fear of global warming during the “current nightmare of an election season (which thankfully ends next Tuesday),” notes Slash Film.
“With the elections in the United States only a couple of months away, we sought to make sure that voters know this could be the last chance we have before it is too late to elect leaders who believe in science, and who have the courage and understanding to make headway on the environment a real priority,” says DiCaprio.
The propaganda film comes days ahead of election day, echoing the lie that 97% of scientists agree climate change is real and human are to blame and dares include the discredited Dr. Michael Mann as an expect. Mann was part of climategate and the email dump revealing false data, cheating scientists and a conspiracy to cash in on the hysteria.
In fact, DiCaprio has been asked to step aside amidst scandal and “return the millions of dollars allegedly stolen from the Malaysian people and channeled into his environmental foundation.”
To date more than 31,000 American scientists have signed a petition challenging the climate change narrative and 9,029 of them hold PhDs in their respective fields.
