Catherine Davis, age 81, was found dead inside her home and the body of Lewis was outside, appearing to have fallen to his death.

Los Angeles police found the body Lewis in a driveway Lowry Road home on Wednesday morning, authorities said.

Davis reportedly rented a room to the young actor.

Police received several calls reporting a “screaming woman” and three men fighting. Lewis allegedly climbed a wall and fought with a house painter at a neighboring residence before going back to Davis’ home, police said.

He then scaled the wall again to fight with the painter and the owner of the second house, Los Angeles police Sgt. Frank Preciado said.

When officers arrived, they found Lewis’ body in the driveway about six feet from the wall.

They later found Davis’ body at the home. Investigators said they believe Davis died from blunt force trauma and that Lewis is the sole suspect.

His list of credits includes “Boston Public,” “The O.C.” and the 2010 film “The Runaways.”
