Hillsborough County: Fake 911 calls prompts arrest of 18-year-old man
Three false 911 calls made this week–a bomb threat, a false report of use of firearm in a violent manner and disrupting a school function–ended with the arrest of 18-year-old Domerell Issac Lott.

The first call was on Tuesday when Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Boston Market, 1401 West Brandon Blvd., for a report of a bomb threat. The threat was determined to be unfounded.
The next day, a 911 call was made from an individual claiming he was at Bloomingdale High School and was going to start shooting people. HCSO responded immediately, the school was place on lockdown and deputies performed a swift and thorough search of the school. The individual was not found and the threat was determined to be unfounded. Detectives determined the same phone number was used to call 911 in both the Boston Market incident and the Bloomingdale High School incident.
Finally, on Thursday Apr. 4, the caller told dispatch he observed a black male, carrying a long gun, climb the fence to Clair-Mel Elementary School. The school was placed on lock down.
During the last call, deputies located a black Nissan Sentra parked across the street. The vehicle was occupied by Domerell Issac Lott. Lott was taking into custody and through investigative means the cell phone used to make all three 911 calls was located.
Lott was arrested and charged with Misuse of 911 more than $100.00 (x3), False Report of a Bomb, A False Report of Use of Firearm in a Violent Manner (x2), Disrupting a School Function (x2).
