Hawaii: Judge calls attorney a ‘dirty old man’ for licking his much younger client’s ear

Is this what they mean by attorney-client privilege?
A Kauai attorney was found guilty of harassment Thursday after his 21-year-old client testified to the usual behavior of her counsel.
According to an Associated Press report Friday, during testimony, the woman said Kauai attorney Lawrence McCreery told her while touching her arm, “You look so good,” and “Too bad you’re married,” according to the Kauai prosecuting attorney’s office. The woman said he made a “weird sound” and hugged her tightly right before the licking.
McCreery denied the licking and said his client initiated the hug.
Judge Frank Rothschild would have none of it saying the evidence that the woman fabricated the story was lacking.
McCreery, a practicing attorney for more than 35 years was fined $250.
“Quite frankly,” Rothschild said, “these are the actions of a dirty old man.”
