Guinness World’s smallest man, Junrey Balawing, may actually be from the Philippines

Earlier this month, the Guinness World Records recognized Colombian Edward Niño Hernandez as the World’s Smallest Man.

Now, Hernandez’ record-breaking height of 27 inches is now challenged by Junrey Balawing of Zamboanga del Norte.

Balawing is only 22 inches tall.

What is the reason behind his stunted growth? Does he plan to get in touch with Guinness? Is he really the world’s smallest man?
