Glenn Beck turns on Rick Santorum: ‘You’re dead to us’
Republican Presidential candidate Rick Santorum has drawn the ire of the crew of the Glenn Beck Radio Program.

Santorum, who has running for President for years now, ticked off Beck et al with a video political advertisement that went after Beck show darling, Texas Senator Ted Cruz.
In the video ad, entitled “Fairy Tales”, which contrasts and compares the Senate history’s of the two Republican candidates, mocking Cruz for reading “Green Eggs and Ham” during a filibuster a couple of years ago. Not a really good argument, but an ad just the same.
This and other attacks on Sen Cruz drew comments from the Beck crew including today when the host himself said of Santorum, “Rick, you’re dead to us”.
This does and doesn’t come as a surprise. Let me explain.

First it does since Beck once said in late 2011, “If there is one guy out there that is the next George Washington, the only guy that I could think of is Rick Santorum. I would ask that you would take a look at him.”
I remember hearing that line from Beck and thought to myself at the time, what is this guy thinking. Did he graduate from the Limbaugh Institute of Conservative Studies?
Then again it doesn’t come as a surprise they turned on Santorum, who I am no fan of, but in the same way Hannity and to a lesser degree Limbaugh fawn all over Donald Trump, you would think the Glenn Beck Program is working for the Ted Cruz for President campaign.
While I like to listen to the show because he talks about things others don’t, progressivism and similar topics, consistency has never been a hallmark to Glenn Beck’s thought process.
