‘Game of Thrones’ star Natalie Dormer debuts shaved head for ‘Mockingjay’
Cue the flash bulbs as Natalie Dormer emerged at the SAG Awards with a shaved head in connection to her upcoming role in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay.
The 31-year-old actress confirmed to E! that the hew new ‘do is for her role as Cressida in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part’s 1 & 2.
“The hair department of Mockingjay did it and I love it,” she said. “I had a little trepidation but I was excited.”
She kept her hair back and pulled down over the side, but the effect can be seen and the photographers went crazy.
Dormer has plenty of other projects keeping her busy. She also plays the modern version of Irene Adler in the CBS re-imaging of Sherlock Holmes, Elementary. She is also famous for a pair of medieval roles, playing Margaery Tyrell in Game of Thrones.

The first part of ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ will, according to International Business Times, have the main cast reprise their roles, with Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellarck, and Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne.
Mockingjay part one arrives in theaters November 21, 2014.
