‘Four Blood Moons’ challenges Christians to see signs that point to Israel’s trials, triumphs

Pastor John Hagee’s best-selling book, Four Blood Moons, arrives in theaters for a one-night event on March 23 and takes a major step forward to clearly illustrate to Christians how God communicates to mankind through heavenly beings and how this points to incredible events in Israel.

Four Blood Moons chronicles an amazing history of the tetrad of blood moons and events in Jewish history: a pattern that repeats itself three specific times in the last five hundred years. Most interesting is how the 2014-2015 tetrad also falls on the most important Jewish holy days: Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles.

Through en-enactments the historical events play out and are quite a bit tedious. The experts and commentary cover all of the basis and challenge Christians particularly to see the Bible repeatedly foretelling the blood moon and God’s use of signs to “get humanity’s attention.”

Pastor Hagee actually spoke with The Global Dispatch, elaborating and clarifying many topics from the film and book – check out the exclusive interview HERE.

The back story on Israel becoming a nation and the testimonial to Harry Truman’s commitment to Israel were earth shattering facts ignored by public education. There is great commentary in the film, but none more powerful that the quote credited to Billy Graham that we should be carrying a Bible in one hand and a newspaper in the other…powerful indeed.

WND posted an article disputing some of the dates and the work of Mark Blitz which may certainly be used to attack the film by critics, but the message is clear – something is happening and God’s people need to pay attention to world affairs, especially Israel.

I really enjoyed Patterns of Evidence approach, with less of the re-enactment, but project is a good adaptation and achieves the goal of translating the message in Hagee’s book to the screen.
