Florida Congressional District 15 race: Dennis Ross vs Jim Lange on issues
Dennis Ross has been in the House since 2011, so it’s no surprise that Ross would have a much larger financial war chest than Lange.
Ross makes SPB article on campaign cash, listing his with other incumbents, noting that they “start the fall with 100-to-1 advantages in campaign money over rivals.”
Via Open Secrets (total/individuals/PACs):
1 Publix Super Markets $27,550: $17,550 from individuals, PAC: $10,000
2 USAA $15,000 $0 $15,000
3 Mortgage Bankers Assn $14,000 $0 $14,000
4 American Bankers Assn $13,000 $0 $13,000
4 International Council of Shopping Cntrs $13,000 $0 $13,000
6 Credit Union National Assn $12,500 $0 $12,500
6 Ernst & Young $12,500 $0 $12,500
At the time of this writing Ross had raised over $1 million with Lange having just under $30K.
It was great to see Publix on the list and there are few companies as solid as Publix for Ross to hitch his political wagon to…Lange is just going to be crush under the financial difference.
