First of all start off each day with a short meditative., like 5 or 10 minutes when you wake up in the morning, and which you just sit in silence and clear your mind and let your soul feel free. Keep A Journal

Start a journal, making entries in it on a daily basis, or even more than once a day. You could write in it anything you want from your fitness routine that day, to how stressful a day you had at work, or even how great of a day you had, and how a stranger complimented you and it made you smile. Not only does journaling help you boost your memory and your mood, but it’s also just a great way to work through problems that you may be having.

Last, but surely not least, make sure you’re eating your vegetables. Get vegetables of different colors on a daily basis to ensure that you’re getting all of the vitamins and nutrients your body and mind need to be super-healthy.
