First ‘Spectre’ teaser: Daniel Craig’s Bond has a ‘past,’ first look Dave Bautista

Daniel Craig as James Bond in SpectreJames Bond fans can rejoice as the first Spectre trailer is here. Daniel Craig returns to play James Bond a fourth time, and behind the camera is Sam Mendes, who returns as director after Skyfall.

SPECTRE is the villainous organization which has menaced Bond in the past and on the pages of Ian Fleming’s novels.

There are hints of Bond’s personal past here and a promise to surprise audiences. Mr. White returns after an appearance in Casino Royale (a growing continuity that the creators are eager to add to)

The film will be released in IMAX, something that added to the success of Skyfall.

Spectre also stars Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny and Ben Whishaw as Q – all reprising their roles from the previous films.

New to the Bond universe is Christoph Waltz as Franz Oberhauser, Léa Seydoux as Dr. Madeleine Swann, Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra, Andrew Scott as Denbigh, Dave Bautista as Mr. Hinx, Rory Kinnear as Bill Tanner, Stephanie Sigman as Estrella and Jesper Christensen as Mr. White.

Spectre arrives in theaters on November 6, 2015.

The official synopsis:

A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.
