Filipina cosplay queen, Alodia Gosiengfiao endoses ‘I am PGH’ campaign
World renown Filipina cosplayer, Alodia Gosiengfiao is featured in a new YouTube video for the newly launched project, “I am PGH”, which is designed to raise money for the endowment fund for the Philippine General Hospital Medical Foundation (PGHMF).
The PGH Medical Foundation helps indigent patients of the Philippine General Hospital.
The project seeks a P100 donation from individuals for this most worthy cause of indigent health.
According to the “I am PGH” (A Person Giving Hope) Facebook page:
Every Filipino, whatever his stature in life, can make a difference. And at the Philippine General Hospital, a chance to make a difference presents itself everyday. Every day, hundreds of indigent Filipinos flock to the PGH, often as their last resort, seeking hope in the face of a serious malady.
For many of them, what stands between them and earning a second chance in life is a few hundred or thousand pesos – the cost of some medicines or a medical procedure that they are simply too poor to afford.
