Dr Norm Shealy interview: ‘Living Bliss,’ new research on living longer, healthier lives

Science has established that one of the common factors in those who live to 100 is that these individuals have “exceptionally long telomeres” and now Dr. Norm Shealy is exploring the challenge to help people increase the length of their telomeres.

Norm Shealey Living Bliss book coverDuring a new interview with Dr. Shealy, he detailed to Dispatch Radio how telomeres shrink over the years, indicating the side effects of poor health habits and how he originally used tesla coils to “create a two-foot electromagnetic field” which increased telomere lengths 3-4% per year during his five-year study.

From his book Living Bliss, Shealy hopes “We take responsibility for our own health” which begins with five servings of fruit and vegetables as well as 30 minutes of exercise. Shealy points out that telomere length is not only key to longevity but also good health.

Now Shealy, knowing that people are busy with limitations, has harnessed this need with five essential oils. This holistic path can produce a 4% increase in telomere lengths and makes the 81-year-old Shealy “feel like a 45-year-old.”
