‘Dexter’ star Yvonne Strahovski says her character in ‘I Frankenstein’ is ‘rocked’ by the creature
In issue 210 of Total Film magazine, actress Yvonne Strahovski discusses I, Frankenstein, the Aaron Eckhart-starrer adapted from the pages of Kevin Grevioux’s comics.
Stahovski plays Terra and explains the character.
“Terra’s a scientist – she’s an electro physiologist and she’s very much involved in her work. She’s passionate about it. She’s researching reanimation and bringing to life something that’s dead.
“But when she’s faced with the reality of this creature right in front of her, I think her world is totally rocked and she’s faced with this extraordinary world that she never knew about.”
After her role as Sarah on Chuck, Strahovski has turned heads as Hannah on Showtime’s hit series Dexter.
Frankenstein’s monster Adam, played by Dark Knight star Aaron Eckhart, gets swept up in a long-running battle between powerful gargoyles and infernal demons who seek the key to his immortality. Directed by Stuart Beattie, who brings Grevioux’s acclaimed graphic novel to the screen in this sweeping horror fantasy adventure.
Bill Nighy, Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda Otto and Jai Courtney co-star.
I, Frankenstein arrives in theaters on January 24, 2014
