DearMob Review: Transfer DRM protected files onto your iPhone

iTunes has always had issues with DRM. Can’t you even remember the last time you were able to listen to music that you downloaded on your PC on your iPhone or iPad?  Or even videos? You can’t watch a movie or an episode of your favourite series unless you’ve bought or rented it off iTunes all this because of DRM.

Now the problem has annoyed us for a lot of years but we’ve never been able to find a viable solution to it. But that was until we were going across the internet doing our thing and we came across DearMob.

What is DearMob?

DearMob is an iPhone Manager that has the capability to backup and restore all of your data, alongside doing a whole load of different things, like being able to backup your calendar entries, your contacts and even your Apple Books.

In this article we go over a short and easy to follow tutorial that will help you transfer all your files from your PC onto your iPhone/iPad and then sync them across your Apple Cloud. But before that we have to let you know about the giveaway that DearMob are hosting on their website currently, which lets you get a free copy of DearMob with just a few clicks. All you need to do is visit this website and download the free version: https://www.5kplayer.com/iphone-manager/backup-iphone-without-itunes.htm

How to transfer your files without facing DRM issues on an iPhone

Music

  • Click “Add Music” from the menu and then “Add Folder”  and then select the folder where all your music is stored and then select all the files that you wish to download
  • Hit “Sync” and watch your entire collection be added to your device, regardless of the format. Even lesser known formats like FLAC, OGG, WMA, WAV will be converted automatically by the player and sent to your device.

Video

  • The process of adding Videos to your iPhone is similar to the method of adding music. You need to select the folder in which you have the movies and videos stored and DearMob will allow you to import all the files onto your iPhone without having to worry DRM issues.

Other features of DearMob

Backup and restore all your files and folders in one click

DearMob also allows you to backup all your files and folders in simply one click. This process is so much better than backing up your data using iCloud, because of the speed at which the backing up is done. You can also encrypt files using this method, which will only allow users who know the password to be able to access the file and do anything to it. The restore feature is extremely simple to use too. This comes in real handy when you’re trying to shift all your data to a new device, as you can simply save all your data from the old device, connect a new device and then sync all the old files to the new device. Know that this will erase all the data on the new device as it gets overwritten.

Other features

DearMob also allows users to install files from sources other than the App Store, similar to what Android users have been doing for all these years.

The final word

DearMob iPhone Manager is much more than a simple file manager, a powerful device that can help you transfer all your data easily between devices and the fact that you can get it for free right now makes it all so much better. Don’t miss this one!
