Christopher Nolan’s ‘Interstellar’ and ‘Expendables 3’ get concrete 2014 release dates, ‘Escape Plan’ moves again
Paramount Pictures has officially found a slot for Interstellar, the next movie from Christopher Nolan and Sylvester Stallone will lead another action adventure in Expendables 3, both films land in 2014.
The new science fiction quest will land right in the middle of awards season on November 7, 2014. The cast has been shaping up for a while, with Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Michael Caine already aboard.

Nolan and Emma Thomas are producing with Lynda Obst, and Jordan Goldberg is exec producing.
Stallone appears to still be recruiting for his film, with Jackie Chan, Wesley Snipes, Nicolas Cage and Milla Jovovich among the names in the mix. Expendables 3 is now set for August 15, 2014 with confirmation that Aussie helmer Patrick Hughes will direct.
Lionsgate re-dated Summit Entertainment’s Escape Plan for October 18, 2013, shifting it from September 13 after originally slating it for September 27. The action thriller formerly known as The Tomb stars Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger and tells the story of the world’s foremost authority on structural security who has to escape from the master prison of his own design. Jim Caviezel, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Vinnie Jones, Vincent D’Onofrio and Amy Ryan also star, and Mikael Hafstrom directed a script by Miles Chapman.
