California Pastor Jack Hibbs: I will be jailed, will not comply with Obamacare mandates
A California pastor has taken an extreme stance against the Obamacare mandate: preferring jail over providing abortion coverage to the church’s health insurance.

Pastor Jack Hibbs is strongly opposed to the state mandate which requires all employers to cover abortion procedures in employee health plans and his church has joined others to challenge the mandate.
“I felt violated; I felt forced. I love America and I love American history, and I have a lot of invested interest in defending the unborn,” he said to LiveActionNews.
Hibbs said he will stop at nothing to maintain his biblical stance on abortion.
“We will take this to the point of being jailed, if necessary, being arrested, if necessary – whatever it takes,” he said. “I cannot violate my biblical worldview. Once I have to do that, I no longer live in the United States our founding fathers gave me.”
Calvary Chapel Chino Hills is now joined with the churcheshiring Alliance Defending Freedom and Life Legal Defense Foundation to argue that the state mandate is a violation of their religious freedom.
“The need to remedy this discrimination is urgent because it is immediately depriving Complainants of a health plan that omits elective abortions,” the complaint reads.
Hibbs said, “God is the engineer of life – he’s the giver of life. I cannot think of a human being more defenseless than an unborn baby.”
I also am a RN as well and have worked in Surgical OR specialty for several years.
There is no need to ever have an Abortion except for those who choose to murder their child and allow the biomedical and pharmaceutical industry to profit off the remains of that innocent baby .
I would say this is the real reason behind the Obamacare mandate is more about generating revenue for big pharma than protecting any female’s rights.
The news media will not show the suffering this causes the mother or the little baby. They soften the truth with words such as fetus or not yet viable but the truth is many babies have survived via c section outside the womb as early as 19-20 weeks gestation. Even if the mother doesn’t love or want her child there are many who would gladly raise that baby to adulthood in a healthy home.
Stand against the murder of the unborn!
