Bruce Willis to face off against James McAvoy in new ‘Glass’ TV spot

A brand new trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass is here and the message is that the new film is that “This won’t be like a comic book.”

Shyamalan brings together the narratives of two of his standout films: 2000’s Unbreakable, from Touchstone, and 2016’s Split, from Universal, into in one explosive, all-new thriller.

For certain James McAvoy’s Kevin Wendell Crumb and Bruce Willis’ David Dunn come face off as Samuel L. Jackson’s Mr. Glass pulls the strings. Check out the new footage in the teaser below.

Joining from Split is Anya Taylor-Joy as Casey Cooke, the only captive to survive an encounter with The Beast. Sarah Paulson’s Dr. Ellie Staple, a psychiatrist who specializes in delusions of grandeur, analyzes the three men and wants to believe in superheroes.

“Some of us don’t die with bullets. Some of us can bend steel,” Jackson says in the teaser.

Charlayne Woodard, who played Elijah’s mom, and Spencer Treat Clark, who played David’s son, also make appearances in the new film.

Following the conclusion of Split, Glass finds Dunn pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Price emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men. Joining the all-star cast are Unbreakable’s Spencer Treat Clark and Charlayne Woodard, who reprise their roles as Dunn’s son and Price’s mother, as well as Golden Globe Award winner Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story series).
