Boko Haram attacks village, beheads seven in ‘revenge,’ Abubakar Shekau alive
Boko Haram terrorists attacked a group of locals after they formed resistant groups and beheaded the seven villagers.
Two weeks ago, civilians battled Boko Haram militants, causing the death of 15 terrorists. The Muslim terrorist group vowed it would have its revenge against the civilian fighters.
Resident Musa Abor said that when Ngamdu locals awoke they found seven people that had been brutally killed. The gunmen “slit their (victims) throats just the way people slaughter goats,” according to the Oct. 7 CP article.
Last week, Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau appeared in a video, saying that he was alive, contrary to recent claims of Nigerian forces.
“Nothing will kill me until my days are over,” Shekau said in the video. “I’m still alive. Some people asked you if Shekau has two souls. No, I have one soul, by Allah.”
“We are running our caliphate, our Islamic caliphate. We follow the Quran…We now practice the injunctions of the Quran in the land of Allah.”
The terror group has targeted Christians and any Muslims that stand in its way in its mission to establish their Islamic rule over the country. It has also aligned itself with ISIS, the Islamic militant group that is active in Syria and Iraq.
Boko Haram have killed 10,000 people since they started gaining influence in 2009.
Police and military groups have abandoned areas of Nigeria and the Sunni radicals continue their rampage across the nation.
