Arctic Monkeys continue to top alternative charts with ‘Do I Wanna Know’

arctic-monkeysFor the seventh straight week Arctic Monkey’s smash “Do I Wanna Know?” is the most-listened-to track at Alternative Rock Radio. For the week running from March 2 to March 8, data from Mediabase and reported to All Access shows the song accumulated an impressive 14.592 million impressions, well ahead of the number two track, Cage the Elephant’s “Come a Little Closer”, which finished with 11.782 million impressions. Both songs also rank in the Top 50 at Active Rock Radio. Lorde’s “Team” finishes in third for the week with 10.935 million impressions.

Here are the Top 50 Alternative Rock Tracks for the week of March 2 through March 8, ranked by impressions. Songs gaining in Airplay are in bold, “current” tracks are marked with a “C”, and “recurrent” tracks are given an “R”.
