Anne Curtis ‘The Gifted’ photo, ‘No panty’ deja vu?

You don’t see this everyday–a photo posted on Facebook that receives 233,000 “likes” and nearly 3,000 “shares” as of this writing; however, if anyone could pull it off, Anne Curtis would–and she did. A pic from the set of the upcoming horror-suspense Filipino movie, “The Gifted” has burned up social media with Anne in a sexy blue dress with a high slit that leaves little to the imagination causing more than one observer to take note, “No Panty?”

This is sorta deja vu for Anne. Do you remember a February 2013 ASAP 18 performance when Ms. Curtis did he now famous “wet look” while performing Rihanna’s “Diamonds”? In what I liked to call “Pantygate”, questions abounded concerning whether Curtis was wearing panties.

Here it is 16 months later and an Anne Curtis outfit conjures up the same speculation concerning the presence or absence of a panty.

Facebook comments showed defenders of Curtis’ outfit noting she was wearing nude underwear. Others were more harsh on Curtis’ display saying, “I can imagine last last year how much I like u Anne Curtis, but now, parang nkakadiri ka ng tingnan. The kind of fashion is not any more beautiful. Its like an eew for me. U r looking like a obsessed woman who is daring to show your body to everyone. for me, it is not something you should be proud of. yes u are sexy but that is quite cheap already. Good for u that ur parents let u wear those clothes. didnt they say anything about that? I may judge but i think i am free to share my opinion. i don’t like the way you are now Anne. you’re not anymore the one i really really liked before. so disappointing.”

It even prompted one commentor to question her Christianity–“yeah anne go tell the world.. blind them with what u think..seriously girl u call urself a BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN?? nasaan bah ang Christ likeness sa suot mo?? yeah u will be judged because pinili mo.”

Another female commentor basically said–if you have it, flaunt it.

The Gifted is directed by Chris Martinez and stars Sam Milby, Anne Curtis and Cristine Reyes. A joint project by Star Cinema and Viva Films, The Gifted is expected to be released sometime in 2014.
