Ann Coulter on Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s wife, Katherine Russell Tsarnaev: ‘She ought to be in prison for wearing a hijab’
Republican author and mouthpiece, Ann Coulter, was on Sean Hannity’s television show Tuesday night to discuss the Boston Marathon bomb attacks.
During the course of the segment, Coulter had some, lets say, pretty “interesting” things to say in reference to terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s widow.
Coulter says to Hannity, “I want to know about this wife, as well. One thing that’s been sort of confusing in the reporting, they say that he married her in 2010. I believe that to be true but they keep saying that he hid her or his girlfriend a year ago. It turns out — which the father defended as according to the New York Times, ‘he only lightly hit her.
“No, the person he hit was another girlfriend while he was married to her. I don’t care if she knew about this. She ought to be in prison for wearing a hijab. This immigration policy of us assimilating immigrants into our culture isn’t really working. They are assimilating us into their culture. Did she get a cliterectomy, too?”
She later took a swipe at Marco Rubio’s immigration reform bill saying, “Your pal Mario Rubio pushing this amnesty bill now. When we’re expecting the FBI to do background checks on 20 million illegal aliens in the next three months, they can’t even do a background check on a radical when they’re tipped off by Russia.”
