Performance

Drive And Traction

In the traction system, 3WD comes with 2-wheel drive in reverse and parallel series 3-wheel drive. The 4 WD pure parallel 4-wheel system comes with automatic 2-wheel drive in reverse and selectable 2 or 4-wheel drive.     

The cutting unit drive comes with fixed displacement hydraulic motors. The hydraulic system consists of suction screen at the tank, 10-micron remote charge filtration, side-by-side radiator and oil cooler. Its side-by-side hydraulic cooler provides hydraulic cooling.  

Tires, brakes and steering 

This reel mower by Jacobsen has 22-inch tubeless front tires and 20-inch rear tires. Jacobsen has integrated wet parking brakes into hweel motors. This unit has hydrostatic braking. Its steering has equal displacement cylinder powered by hydrostatic to the rear wheels.
