Aishwarya Rai Bachchan makes headlines with her presence at the wedding of Bollywood’s film maker Shaad Ali held in Mumbai.

The occasion brought Aishwarya together with ex-lover Vivek Oberoi. While the former Miss World was accompanied by husband Abhishek Bachchan, father and mother-in-law Amitabh and Jaya, Vivek was with his wife Priyanka, who is expecting their first child. Aish and Vivek dazzled in red and obliged the shutterbugs by posing on the red carpet.

Aishwarya and Vivek had been Bollywood’s hottest couple, however, relationship between them got sour when Ms. Rai called him “immature” and moved on with her now husband, Abhishek. Although years have passed, it remains as one of the hottest relationship-controversies in Bollywood. Although, the couple had completely ignored each other, looks like the wedding was an opportunity to let bygones be bygones.

Not uncomfortable in Vivek’s presence, Aishwarya decided to make the most of the wedding festivities and joined Abhishek for Shaad Ali’s baraat (wedding procession). It was reported that the husband-wife duo danced on the streets of Mumbai for around 10 minutes.

TOI quotes an eye-witness, “It was a sight that brought all other activity on the road to a screeching halt. First Abhishek broke into a wild tapori jig in front of the wedding procession. Then he pulled Aishwarya on to the road to dance with him. Then the Big B decided to join them. So the commuters and passersby on the road got to see the rarest-of-rare sights of the Bachchans dancing on the road.”

Well, quite an eventful day for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
